Well, it's got a lot to do with the mechanics of FoE scoring ... certain things get more points than others.

It sounds obvious ... but the reality is rarely so simple. He might unearth a few gems in the scoring system.
It takes a clever understanding of points to beat 700 million.
It would seem that GBs are less than half the story ... GvG and PvP battles are where most of the points come from.
Tack13 has 300,000 Battles Won.

That said, FoE is changing ... there may be a new route to the Mt Everest of ranking-points.

Oh, ranking points? Yep, this is different, as buildings (normal) don't really alter the figure for more than 1M total. Yes, GBs give a lot more, PVP battles (win score) gives quite a lot as well, IIRC 1/20 of what you get per battle is added to ranking points (there was a number out there somewhere, so I might be mistaken by a mile), also goods donation even via Arc is added here. Since high level Arcs generate a thousand goods a day, and these are OF and thus are highly valued in ranking, while cosing nothing really, they can contribute a large portion of those 700M over time.
