Depends on world. If a new one, P or R, it's likely a deal. If an old one, find someone who parks 3 eras above PE (that would be CE) and ask off of them, most likely you might end up with a free set. (I traded down from whatever DT gave me, you might try buying a couple OF goods for a loose change then trade down from OF getting way more goods each era down)
