I'd certainly only go for pure happiness on that basis; where I need happiness itself, I choose as few cultural buildings as possible. But I also minimise residential and production buildings, and don't have hundreds of SoK, so I really don't have that much pressure on Polivate actions...

The only time I need additional Happiness is when I level Inno Tower in which case I simultaneously level Traz.

7 BPs your choice! For me, that'd be 7 middle piece Atlantis BPs as that's the one piece holding me back.

Noting my luck (or lack of) in these weekly competitions the three new GBs of the next Era would probably have been released by the time I win one so maybe 7 BPs for one of those GBs!!!
