I originally wanted it to go up to level 25, but it will stop at 13 for now. I might keep leveling it if, for some reason, I get free blueprints for it.

I guess you can switch to scout a new province?
I am not sure which is better for me - scout a new province or 10 x 24h.

still waiting for daily quest to start...
