I am choosing royal ship for the forge points that I will be using the next few weeks.

what do we do with the next ship upgrade? I don't see the value in having a level 2 ship.

I'd say fully upgraded or no ship at all

You need 6 upgrades for a full ship. Anything more you just keep incase the event ever comes around again

Well I'd say that depends on the individual city. It's still fairly nice at lvl's 5 and 6 with that amount of housing provided. If you're still using houses then a 5 or 6 is still an upgrade to the alternative​

Simple. Keep the second ship in inventory, along with upgrades, until you get another 6 upgrades for fully upgraded second ship.

It’s taken a week to sell, store and reorganise the city to place one massive, odd-shaped ship! I’ll collect whatever else I can that’s useful with the 50/100.

I have 13 sunk treasure. If I want to keep them upgraded throughout the ages I'll need 156 upgrade kits /or/ just upgrade a few and Reno kit the rest.

Maybe in a future event I'll just get a ton of one-ups instead of going for the major prize if it's not something I particularly care about
