well Houndsmoor is /technically/ my main city. But Inno has "sponsored" my Noarsil city so much with the winnings from this weekly comp that I spend more time on Noarsil and are more successful on the GE on Noarsil

My main world is Langendorn. I also play on Beta server, world Dunarsund, but much more rarely.

Even real-life countries can have more than one capital, so that's totally fine. :)

ah. Personally I'd be going for the Arc before CHat just because it sets up everything else. But having it up is still good in the mean time for the benefit
