Yes it would be nice and not a humongeous change or alteration.
The units lost can be covered with more careful play, though it might seam tideous at times.
For 1-7 combo, moving that 1 unit to a a corner at first, will help to remember it.
I would not mind if it was implemented, but I also do not care if its not.
