Such nonsense. Guild rules are set by guild leaders/founders. Demanding that guild members follow the guild rules (trade rules e.g.) is not bullying or harassment. Guild members who don't follow the guild rules can be kicked from the guild (of course). If you don't like the rules of a guild, well, find another guild to join.Actually the answer is no. There are rules on how to run a guild, not the least of which bullying and harassing other players is grounds for banishment from the game.
You are repeating yourself. Do you have any new points to add?Such nonsense. Guild rules are set by guild leaders/founders. These are great points. Give them a read and take them to heart.After a good period of time for this thread and some important points made by all, the question seems to be: "Can a guild impose their own rules on trading?"
The answer is no.
Guild's and Group Messaging are not permission to alter InnoGames features or harass/bully others to accept your Will/paradigm over how you think InnoGames rules should work (i.e. trading).
- Forge of Empires is InnoGames property;
- The Guild structure is InnoGames property;
- The Group Message feature is InnoGames property;
- Allowed Trade Ratios are defined by InnoGames;
- Bullying/harassment is against InnoGames rules;
- Telling another player they cannot make a trade of a certain ratio is bullying/harassment;
- Bullying/harassment costs InnoGames customers and revenue;
While players may not like certain trades, it is fundamentally against Innogames/Forge of Empires rules, and various countries laws, to harass or bully another person while online. It is bullying to insist, demand, threaten other players not to use the InnoGames features. "Kicking" a player out of a guild for using Innogames features is bullying and should be reported immediately to Innogames support. You can report such bullying/abuse using the "Report" feature clicking on a player name.
While it is obvious some players may like certain ratios and types of trades, InnoGames does not allow harassing or bullying players to create only certain types of trades. Those who demand by threatening, harassing, being mean, or abusive, any adherence to a modification of Innogames in-game trading structures and methods, should be reported to Innogames, by anyone witnessing or experiencing such activity.
There are people who are struggling with real world issues and bullying and harassment can not only disrupt their online enjoyment of Forge of Empires but can cause people who are enjoying the game to have the game environment poisoned and ruined for them. Moreover, the result of bullying and harassment of this type costs InnoGames significant customer losses and revenue.
Imposing your will on another player in-game because they are trading in a way you do not approve of is bullying/harassment and could cost Innogames a valuable customer and significantly do real and perceivable harm to another person, whether an eight year old child, a person going through difficult times, or someone who just wants to decompress for a few minutes with a few wins and some friends. Such bullying should be reported immediately to InnoGames using the "Report" feature clicking on the players name.
Be kind, do not harass other players, do not bully players to abandon using Innogames trading system to its maximum limits. If you don't have anything kind to say, don't say anything at all.
Have fun.
Speaking of ... repeating yourselfThese are great points. Give them a read and take them to heart.
Not liking something does’t automatically make it bullying. You have the right to agree or disagree with something. The guild leaders have the right to lay down the guild rules and decide who stays or who leaves. It’s their guild to manage.
- Bullying/harassment is against InnoGames rules;
- Telling another player they cannot make a trade of a certain ratio is bullying/harassment;
I highly doubt they’d actually remove plundering. Especially with the wording on the thing you’re referring toIt appears InnoGames has become aware of this era-trolls bullying loophole and is working to make the in-game experience better for all . . . this includes possible removal of era-trolls ability to attack players who do not wish to entertain such activity.
If that's a loophole, my pack of cards is the queen of England. (And it's not.)No

Actually the answer is no. There are rules on how to run a guild, not the least of which bullying and harassing other players is grounds for banishment from the game. Which Forge of Empires guild and world do you play on Agent327? Can you also provide your player name please? I'd be interested to see how you have established things sir.
Hi Agent327, are you saying that the "game rules" Innogames has established don't apply or are optional in your guilds? Whose customers are these Agent327?Can you show us the link to those rules on how to run a guild?
I can find game rules, I can find forum rules, but I can not find any rules on how to run a guild.
Thanks for your time and opinion.teest, please, just STOP with this Liberal SJW nonsense...
Guilds can be run however the leardership wish to run them. If they decide that everyone must trade exactly 5 wine for 10 lubricant every 8hrs, then they can enforce that rule, though it's probably not a good idea to do so.
The world has gone completely stupid enough - none of us need this insanity following us into one of the very last non-corrupted forms of entertainment we have left to us.

Yes it’s against the rules to bully. But you’re making up your own definition of what that means instead of going by the definition written in the rules of what is or isn’t allowed.

Hi Agent327, are you saying that the "game rules" Innogames has established don't apply or are optional in your guilds? Whose customers are these Agent327?
The question in this thread for those just joining is "Do you hate Unfair Trades?" The overwhelming opinion is:
- "No" overwhelmingly players do not hate unfair trades; and
- Paying Customers of InnoGames can set up any trades they would like to according to the rules established by InnoGames;
- Guilds and Guild Founders have no rights to interfere with paying Customer's rights to use the InnoGames trading system;
- Threatening a paying InnoGames Customer with expulsion from a guild for using the InnoGames trading system is a form of extortion;
- Posters above who suggest being any form of head of a guild, even a self-assigned title of dictator, tyrant, or grand poobah of a guild, have no rights to alter InnoGames rules if it interfers with a paying customer's right to create trades of any ratio that the game system allows. Suggesting otherwise is bullying.

My guild, My rules.
You are free to leave anytime.
Paying customers can create their own guild, and trade anyway they like.
