Lol I'm in great guilds that definitely fight a lot. But just haven't had the time. I've enjoyed other aspects of the game instead. Just not into fighting other real people so much and the guilds are fine with it since I trade and GE and everything else too..

One gives additional quest income, other additional troops. The two barely even overlap and have entirely different purposes. Which is better would depend on what you want to do in the game
