TF have bad efficiency, only usee them if you have space to waste

Or if you need supplies. Although HC changes this somewhat.

I've been thinking about TF's, They don't seem that great compared to their size but the largest player in my FL has them loaded in his city, they must do something worthwhile to have half a city with them and be so high in scores

I like seeing TF in my neighbours' cities

They don't need motivation, can do productions for events, are easy to gather and behave very nicely with blue galaxies and voyagers V1.
