In the U.K. there is a minimum temp work places can be. It’s 16oC or so. Aren’t there laws for you? Do you have a thermometer to check the temp? You might have to go home for health and safety reasons.
This is also true for Australia! OH&S would send everyone home if it was reported...... Unfortunately you may not get a very warm welcome upon return (even if the heating is fixed)

I thought one work place (in a permanent portacabin) was breaking the rules but the temp never got below 18 but it felt so so cold. Extra jumpers and putting up with it.
