Nope - full means 9 Blueprints, one of each required to build the GB concerned, or increase the level above level 10

[vikingraider]

Can we save it until Himeji Castle comes out?

As VFIII has been announced to be out on Feb 6th, hopefully Himeji Castle will be out before this week's competition finishes, so yes. In the unlikely event that the GB is not yet available by the time this competition closes, we will save the BPs for you until it is available

Ohhh that changes things

I need to get on buying the goods for that

It's not like I'm not getting it either way

Haha, well I wouldn't want it in the baby-cities, only in the main one. Already have the goods for it there. And I really hope that I'll be in IA in all my cities by that time, anyway.
