Speaking of quest orders - they seem to differ server to server. I get fnord-rlyeh-doubleprod-UBQ in P, and rlyeh-double-fnord-UBQ in F.

This state starts somewhere close to Colonial Age, you get second bonus quest which leaves its slot for RQs once finished. But if you get to unlock third bonus quest, it forces you in Ind or PE - quite a blow, so people learn to avoid it, check wiki.
