OK, It seems these are two different sites. A search on ForgeDB took me to foestats.com but foedb.com is different.

And maybe forge-db.com could be different as well. I haven't checked it yet. Edit: it looks the same as foestats.com so far.

Edit2: Neither site seems to have Parkog or Rugnir worlds.

What do those numbers mean, though?

For "L," it says:
Active Players 5,410
Inactive Players 19,713

Yet there are 84,920 players according to the game itself. That's a 60,000 difference.

At a guess, I'd say they must be government statistics.
