For Guild hopping cool-down. As it is, people just jump around to take advantage of the system and the goods requirements for fighting. Granted, this IS a video game, but just hopping guilds really makes it FEEL like a video game. If the developers really want to make this more of a strategic and thinking game, they would plug silly holes like guild hopping and have players think seriously about how their guilds actions effect the game. As it is, players in "allied guilds" hop around to take out rivals or cause general havoc, eliminating any guild strategy apart from taking advantage of a system that probably assumed that guild members would remain in their guilds and not "meta-think" the goods requirements.
