Indian palace question

I have an Indian palace with two Indian palace towers sitting next to it, the way it reads I should be makeing one fp but all it makes is gold.

The eastern palace tower produces one FP when it's next to two unique buildings, the palace itself generates 5 FP when all four other palace set buildings are next to it.

make sure the 2 indian towers arent the same ie 2 eastern or 2 western

If you put a western and eastern tower on one side of the Palace and the same on the opposite side will that work, anyone know, without the pond and the bandar playground?

You'll need the Playground and Pond for the Palace bonus, as it needs 4 different buildings to get max bonuses which is what makes the set worthwhile.

The Eastern and Western Towers will get their bonus like that though.
