This equalizes it, but doesnt makes it correct lol
If you take Embers example with the barrel, if you pick 85 times nothing (its wrong-impossible) and then 15 times the prize (its wrong-impossible x2)
or at least its not random in the way we know it in real life.
Its Random but some factors are triggering it, those factors are not correct.
You can be tricky with the words but numbers never lie.

But to be very frank it should work like probability so the rewards doesn't take too time to come back
And I have hc from around 20days so I am pretty sure that I got 200+50+10 fpz upto now
Nothing else I maybe wrong because I didn't recorded it before
But I am sure rewards were not more than 10 times(as I feel it is not more than 5). @Emberguard I think you can check to reveal results here

I am really complaining this only for this game whereas in others I stay as I knew they work for money the most

To check (in regards to your own account results) I'd need a ticket in support on a world I don't play on. However tickets can't be discussed on the forum so anything discussed in the ticket would be strictly between you and whoever answers the ticket.

casino's have - they tell you the odds (just like in the game) - and they know that you don't understand how randomness and the odds work together
that is why you never get the number of wins you think you should get despite some people getting huge wins , the casino is still ahead
most people don't really understand the mathematics of chance and probability (except the people who calculate the odds in the first place)
as far as the game goes, the odds overall work out right over a few billion goes , just be grateful for any reward you get, it's not as though it cost you anything in the first place
