Yeah, I keep my eye on them to see if they go up. After a hood change I don't put any in unless me levelling it still makes a profit. The gains are small, mainly on OoD levels 1 and 2 but it adds up and turns fp from the bar into packs. Occasionally you find another IA camper with level 20+ GB's who self levels.

Well, you don't play with their GBs like this. You wait until a GB is 2/3 full then seize the first place and plain wait until everyone would finish the level. This normally gives you a lil profit, and even if they would stall for longer than you can tolerate, just forget about them, or if feeling punky, level their GB up and THEN forget about them.

I want to know that too, but my data bank says yes. More, it says SV gives refined goods for aids, while WWs don't, making SV worth quadruple goods wise.

There are very few GBs at 2/3 full in my neighborhood, but if I say anything above 1/4 counts, then there are 25 cities where this could work. I thought it would be a lot less.
