That's about when I abandoned the event on most worlds. I got the Mad Scientist's Lab on one world but the random rewards meant I might complete a quest that was a pain to do and the reward did NOTHING to motivate me to want to do another. Somewhat ironically and rather insultingly, Inno did make the Black Tower available ... IF I bought the most expensive diamond package. Thanks but no thanks.
