About weather - here is wet snow and zero Celsius, hard to go anywhere. And we expected to go to normal winter instead, but got rain for the entire vacation. GRRRRR!

If your winter temp is +10 on average, this is normal, but when average winter temp is -10, getting three weeks of positive temp is at least outstanding. This bugs me out really.

Doubt this has to do wih global warming, rather serious disturbance of northern ring of circular winds. There is a weird anomaly in wind distribution over eastern Europe, southern winds prevail over arctic winds over most territory, east to Moscow and even beyond.

Well, you should be getting one or two uncommon relics for the whole GE, according to my calculations (which might be entirely off). So, considering the odds of getting 100 FP as opposed to other uncommon relics, I'd say it's above average.

My calculations say 1 to 3 rather than 1 to 2, however really this isn't too off.
