Venus Power Dragons

The Power Dragon unit in Space Age Venus seems overpowered - apparently it can hit both flying and hidden units, which effectively removes the weak point of being artillery. I managed to complete Level 4 of the Guild Expedition using nothing but artillery and rogues, which would normally be a high-risk strategy; is there anything it is weak to, or can I just ignore all other units and build only Power Dragons?

As others already said, 8 Energy Cannons are a good counter for Power Dragons, as they move first.

If there are no Fliers among the enemy and your Attack boost is high enough you can use Rocket Troops. Back when I was in Venus I used 8 Rocket Troops for the final three encounters in GE4 - Rocket Troop and Power Dragon have the same initiative, so as long as you target the enemy Power Dragons in the correct order you can destroy them all without them getting to fire even once, then you just need to finish off the Steel Fists (and occasional Champion).
