Question:Lost world

My computer has been down for a couple days and when I logged back on to FOE I could not get back into the world I was playing, can any one tell me how to fix this?

Make sure you're signing into the correct server. The three english-speaking servers are:
EN.forgeofempires.com
US.forgeofempires.com
ZZ.forgeofempires.com

If you're on mobile, you can select your server by the flag at the upper right of your login screen.

If your username is the same as the forums, you should have a world here on Jaims, so go to https://en.forgeofempires.com/page/, (then log in or click on play), then click on Jaims (it should say that you already have an account on there).

Yes that world is the right world but it is not at the right era....it's stone age not industrial

There is something very wrong here, I started a new Jaims but when I refreshed it I was back at the beginning

Make sure you are logged in as "Mandy540" and chosen "Jaims".

you probably created a new account on similar name in Jaims on your I.P....contact support team to delete that account!!
