Why is it that some players put HMA units in the Bronze age tower?

Hey tobytyler, welcome to the Forums. :)

At which Tower you compete depends on the units in your army. The highest Age unit in your army determines which Tower you compete at, despite any number of other units in your army.

This means that it doesn't matter where you are in progression.
As long as you use units of the right Age, you can compete in any tower.
