Not a Bug: Promethium stock not being displayed

My CE city on world L has reached the OF Pt2 campaign map. I have just captured the two sectors within the Frosty Mountain province that reward Promethium. However, on reviewing my goods stock within my Inventory, it does not display any Promethium.

I had the same problem... its there (and there is a way to see it if I can remember) - you need to get to a certain point in tech tree from memory

OK! So I haven't lost it, or not been awarded it, I just have to wait until later in the tech tree to see it?
What if I progress to later OF provinces that require Promethium to Negotiate a sector whilst still remaining in CE? Will I still be able to use the Promethium I've gained but cannot see in those Negotiations?

Yes. the goods inventory structure associated with your profile hasn't been updated because you haven't reached AF but it is stored in your data and it will display where you need it. So in tech tree where promethium is a required good it will show how much you have when you look at the contribution to tech screen; ditto with negotiation of AF/OF sectors

I actually now have the same problem with Orichalium :( And to top it off the current event quest requires me to negotiate 3 sectors and all 3 sectors available require Orichalium (of which I have none as I am no where near that in tech tree... so now I will fight 3 sectors, complete the province and hope that the next province has 3 non-orichalium negotiations... :( #theperilsofforgingahead

Hey LadyHecate, Test Ament is correct. You do indeed need to be in AF to see your Promethium (or indeed OF to see Orichalcum). Any that you gain before then is there, but you cannot see or access it until you reach the relevant age.
