its a samsung galaxy I know by just clicking the power button and home button together takes a screenshot but I want the whole territory picture.

You're going to have to just zoom out as much as possible. If it doesn't fit do multiple screenshots and stitch them all together

Is nice to have memories of your city. It will be a good idea if FOE will implement something to make screenshot of your entire city and save it as jpg or bmp.
