Hey alwinal,

Please create an in-game ticket. Right-click anywhere in your town, select Support and go from there.

Same goes for everyone else with this problem.

Happened to me as well....I sent in a ticket etc and was told it has happened to other people but they have no way of fixing it or knowing if what I am saying is true.

The tool to monitor this hasn't been made/fixed/developed or whatever yet.

Hi,

I may have found the answer to this problem. It happened to me also twice (instead of receiving 2 prices i received 1). In my case the strange answer is that i received the same piece twice. I guess that this should not be allowed.
Please check to see if this is the answer in your cases also.

Another thing that may happen is you lose your place to someone else and they get the 2BP and you get the 1 not sure just an idea

Actually, it is a possibility to receive duplicates. There will be use for them in the future.

This is not what happened in my case. The pop-up box tells you what place you were in. I placed as expected. Also I received the proper number of forge points and Medals. The only thing that was amiss was the number of BP I received.

you probably got a duplicate Gooner. 99% of the tickets we get in the person should get 3 and say they only get two. When its checked out it turned out they got 2 of the same blueprint and another one so they did get 3 blue prints.

Thanks for the answer, it now makes sense. However, the design of the game here is, quite frankly, ridiculous!

So, I spend a serious amount of FP on a level 10 GB with the aim of receiving 3 BP (which is stated). I fully expect that I might get unlucky and recieve duplictaes to the BP that I already have, but in no way am I expecting to have to rely on luck to receive 3 unique BP! That's just bizzare!

Hmmm. maybe I misunderstood. Is that what you meant Blacksmith? If so, my strategy of going for the larger rewards clearly needs to change. If I'm attempting to get BP's then I should only focus on where 1 is distributed. Doesn't seem right.

i haven't been active in the forum, so when i encountered this problem in game a couple of days ago i submitted a ticket immediately... because the reward popup say i was 1st rank receiving intended forge points and medals but the blueprint grid only showed 2prints instead of the 3 intended. so i was very shocked... :rolleyes:

then after some cooldown time, i realised i got 1 middle-left print and 2 upper-right prints............ hmmmmmmmmmmmm................. :rolleyes:

is this kind of reward "legal" in its own sense? i mean we were rewarded with duplicates in itself after all our hard work? it is juz like u take part in a competition and the 1st prize promised to give an iphone with its charger and earphones, then when u win the reward comes in and u get 2 chargers and 1 earphones but no iphone, and then u are suppose to live with that, because they could easily have given u 3 chargers instead and u absolute will have no use of them? so u should be happy u get earphones that u can use somewhere else? :p

or maybe u are an employee working hard to get your salary of $300, then your boss gave u $200 instead, then tell u to be happy about it because he could've given u $100 for no reason. but if he really gave u $100, u can have a chance to gamble the invisible useless $200 for a "bonus" of $100, but there is a 1/9 chance u will fail, so it is a high chance u will still get $200 after all, so good luck to u mate!! :D

no wonder the casinos are so profitable... gotta go find some new mayans now and predict the next big day... :rolleyes:

or maybe in the changelog I put up today it says there is a feature coming out where you can trade two blue prints for another random blueprint. So if you get 2 chargers you can take those and trade them and see if you get your carrying case. So you can get a charger, earplugs and a carrying case. Though you might get another charger or ear plugs. Tis what happens when you gamble.

yes blacksmith. the feature u are talking about is already illustrated in my example of the employee not getting the $300 he is supposed to get paid for his work.

to me, work is work. gambling is gambling. :p

and i don't see trading 2 extra prints for a random print is any form of gambling, because the extra prints are already of no value anyways, they will be sitting there taking up space even if u dun trade it off. thus it is more a form of recycling, not gambling. u get something in return for the recycling act, and even if the returns are not what u need u don't lose anything of value. :D

the discussion now is that contributing in great buildings shouldn't give duplicates in the reward itself. if it states it will reward 2 prints, then pls give us 2 separate prints. if it states it reward 3 prints, then pls give us 3 separate prints. if all the separate prints in the reward are already those that we have in our inventory, then we have no complaints about that, because THIS then is the part of the gambling that we take part in. the reward itself should be honest payment for hard work, not gambling.

personally i have competed fiercely trying to get hold of a st mark's, up til the point when i got that 2 same prints in the reward a couple of days ago. now i have completely lost interest in getting my hands on the st mark's anymore, even though i am only 3unique prints away from the full map. i am a pragmatic lone ranger in the outbacks whose survival rely on meticulously calculated decisions. gambling will not take me to what i am today. if investments in the great buildings are paidback in this current way, then i will juz continue in my tech tree and move on. even if it means i will not have any great buildings then so be it. it doesn't matter anymore. :cool:

The Blueprint rewards are random. The more you have, the bigger the chance you'll get duplicates. That is pure chance and has nothing to do with anything else.
Though this has been explained in countless threads, additionally this is a Bug Report and not a discussion thread.

Please refrain from continuing a discussion that has too many threads already, in here too.
