Incidents

I got the new incidents game feature in one of my worlds, but not in the others.
How do I get it in my other worlds?
I am not running beta server, which all comments appears to relate to.

Today is the first time (Arvahall), that have a pop up for Incident. What is this, and why i not found nothing in Forum, only for Beta testing threads??

Is this normal?

I had the pop up too today stating that Incidents were now live in my city but yet to find one!

I got that pop-up as well... also yet to see an 'incident'... nor has anyone else I know... imagine it was probably a mistake.

I've had incidents on the US side for a while now but nothing in the EN server side (here).
Are they ever going to release it here?

Got incident on one of my laptop but not on the other also no incident on my tablet .
