  • Urgency: My kingdom is sitting idol, not growing and supplies have spoiled by now.

  • Summary: I have not been able to log into my kingdom since early yesterday. I click the login button on the home page, Then the loading screen comes up and just stays like that. It doesn't go any further no matter how long I wait. I have checked and my flash player is up too date as well as my operating system. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or not.
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes

Hi Erdrick80
Sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to your city. Please check you are logging in on the correct server - this is the en English International server - you should see a tiny Union Jack flag next to the INNOgames.com title at the top of your login screen.
If this is the case, please contact support using the button at the top of this screen and hopefully they will be able to help you.
