Proposal: Introducing an Achievements system (similar to Grepolis)
Have you checked the forums for the same or similar idea: No
Reason: It would make the game more enjoyable, engaging and fun.
Details: Every time a player acomplishes a goal, they receive an achievement.
Examples of achievements:
Army of Steel: Have over 90% att/ def boost to your attacking units. Possible rewards for unlocking: 1 champion retreat.
One Man Army: Win a battle using only one unit. Possible rewards: 1 unattached champion
Last Man Standing: Finish a battle with a single unit remaining. Possible rewards: 1 Victory Tower
Close Call: Finish a battle with a single unit with only 1 HP. Possible rewards: A Wishing Well.
Bad Luck: Loose a battle to an adversary having only one unit left: Possible Rewards: 13 wine.
Why me?: Loose a battle to an adversary having only 1 HP left. Possible rewards: 13 fertilizer, 13 dried herbs.
Veteran I- III: Participate in more than 500/ 5k/ 50k Battles. Possible rewards: 7/ 77/ 777 Medals
Pacifist: Don't participate in any battle for more than 1 month. Possible rewards: 1 Peace Statue
Impregnable Fortress: Over 50% defense bonus. Possible rewards: 1 Watchfire
Drug Dealer: Sell over 1k Dried Herbs. Rewards: 1 Tobacco Plantation, 50k coins
Grand Theft Auto: Steal more over 500 Machine Parts from your neighbors. Possible rewards: 1 Garage
Blitzkrieg: Finish a battle before the adversary has the time to move. Possible rewards: A Tank?
Capitalism I: Invest Forge Points into a Great Building and get a profit. Possible rewards: 1 small FP package
Capitalism II: Invest Forge Points into a Great Building and double your investment. Possible rewards: 1 medium FP package.
Capitalism III: Invest Forge Points into a Great Building and get your investment back ten fold. Possible rewards: 1 large FP package.
Stargazer: Build an Observatory. Possible rewards: 1 Academy.
New Horizons: Build the Cape Canaveral. Possible rewards: 1 Shrine of Knowledge.
Vermin: Have more than 10 facilities that pollute your city. Possible rewards: 1 LNG plant.
Scorched Earth: have 0% green spaces and over 80% highly polluting facilities. Reward: Scorched Earth: The surroundings of your town transform into a wasteland. Permanent effect: -1000 happiness; the amount of population your city has halves.
Ecologist: Protect the environment by building parks, greenhouses etc. Possible rewards: 1 Tree of Love.
Timetravel: Build any building/ Great Building from an age you haven't reached yet.
Beginners' luck: Win a battle with the default 2 spearfighters
Inflation I- III: Buying a FP costs you now 100k/ 1M/ 10M coins
Socialist welfare/ Bankrupcy I- III: donate over 50/ 100/ 250 FP to a GB without getting a reward
Recognizing a bad GB: sell a level 10 (or higher) GB because you have recognized that the bonus is terrible
The oops I used 8 rogues achievement: start a battle with 8 rogues and lose it with autobattle

Achievements may as well have no rewards when unlocking or maybe just symbolic ones.
Achievments can only be awarded once per world
