I believe the screen that comes up when there is a diamond offer on is called A Princely Gift. How often does this come around? I want to buy some diamonds for VF but don't want to pay full rate.

Quite often. The pirate ship Event should be after the historical event. You can guarantee it'll be back for the summer event and will probably come some time before that

So, Ghenghis Khan questline should be introduced today or tomorrow, or it will be after Summer event
