I took most of them to Small Claims court, and never lost one, demanding to be paid for sitting on his a-- talking on the phone or waiting for a call. If (s)he's not qualified to do the job, why did the co. sent him?? Tell him to get out and talk to your lawyer if he wants to be paid.
That's just my opinion and experiences
