With the gold crates indicating when I have been motivated it is easy to see that when the pop up comes it interferes with actually being motivated. It could be a visual glitch and I really do get the extra production but it does not look like it. It looks like the pop up says: Joe has motivated your shoemaker and then the shoemaker has absolutely no extra production. You may think I am doing something wrong so its best if each person pays close attention and tries it for themselves. I happens every time for me so easy to duplicate.

I'd support the on/off button. Can there just be a "new message" notification icon somewhere instead of a pop-up?
