World name in browser tab

Proposal:
Show the name of the world in your browser's tabs.

Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?
Yep.

Reason:
Makes it easier to see which tab belongs to which world if you have multiple worlds opened.

Details:
Just change

<title>Forge of Empires</title>

to

<title>Arvahall - Forge of Empires</title>

etc.

That happens when you open the same world twice. The first instance will no longer be usable and will show a message that when clicked returns you to login page.
