Not a Bug: Winter Games - Double Payout -> View 2 bug

  • Summary: My first click won a Double Payout tile. My next click was a Reveal 2 tile, but as you can see in the screen shot, only 2 tiles were revealed, not 4 like you would expect from the double payout. Just to see if the double payout was being held, I clicked again, and won a Single Rogue - only one extra in my army
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
  • Have you tried fixing it by using methods listed in the thread pinned to the top of this forum:No

The exact same thing has just happened to me.
I also have a screenshot if needed.

Also, reveal 2 is accompanied by +6 stars.
This should've been 12, but as i have only 8 left, I don't think this happened either.

Actually, you get three stars without the double card, so you are getting the correct amount of stars. This should be a bug though since it is suppose to show four if this prize is suppose to be doubled

Oh, are you sure? Then I am confused.
On the image posted by Hooster1, you can see that it says +3 with the x2 modifier strip already on it.
That should mean the x2 didn't affect what it said on the tile itself.
However, mine said +6 on the tile, before the x2 modified it.

oh, I didn't know that they may give different values. Then you would be correct, and it should give 12 stars.

i also have a bug and this happens everytime i do it
i get a gold tile that says next prize will be x2....however the next prize is always a reshuffle so i reshuffle and next prize is still a single

also tonights winter quest gave me a tank 1st prize and a x2 second prize
which says your next prize today will be x2. I doubt this very much because i only have 7 stars left so unable to click a tile until 24 hours are up...so i actually gain nothing and wasted 10 stars.

Again, you will gain 20 stars from the start button tomorrow... (I know this is a different situation, but it should give the same results)

I've had this several times, and the double doesn't seem to carry over between days, not sure if this is intended or not. Separately, after getting double, i always get shuffle.

This hasn't been fixed in Winter Event 2014 either. It just happened to me: Click Double Payout, click Reveal Two, it only reveals two... not the expected four.

This is not a bug, the reward on double payout for showing 2 items is that you get 6 stars instead of the normal three, this has been discussed in the winter event thread
