Not a Bug: will not let me login

I cannot log in to play the game for two days now. on login page the password stays visible. I even tried to enter the game from here and it still doesn't let me log in to play now my towns are declineing and I have a good chance of being booted from my guilds for non partisipation.

same here the game only loads till 60% and stops loading. what can i do

There are a few things you can do if the game will not load initially:

1. Press back on your browser and try to login again.
2. Update your Browser version.
3. Clear your Browser cache.
4. Do not open new browser tabs while you are playing FoE, as the processing priority from Foe will be demoted by the browser.
5. Make sure your browser add-ons are not conflicting with FoE.

One of there suggestions should solve your problem. Usually step 3, Clearing your browser cache will fix the issue. The browser cache stores files locally so that websites can be loaded faster. It is often the case that these files can become out of date, for example when something in the game code changes. For this reason, most simple problems can be cured by clearing your browsers cache.

I cant get in either!! Just happened! What the hell. I'm very upset about this! Obviously getting addicted!! I have monies to collect and productions to do!! HELP!!

I have found out that firefox has issues with it currently and when I loaded the game in google chrome it worked ok but soon as I logged in with firefox it did it again, might be worth trying a different browser.

I'm not having any trouble using Firefox myself, please follow Taeriyn's suggestions to see if they help.

This is an old thread, since the user did not complain continuously it appears that the issue was solved by simple procedures. I am transforming this into a "Not a Bug"
