why change

ok i have bought diamonds recently when they were using mopay for the mobile everything was fine never a problem..go to get some just then oh we have changed to zong..well first transaction lost not show up.so on the phone i get..give us 24 hours and we will try to fix they say..why oh why did they change..if i am gonna pay 3.00 bucks for 100 diamonds (yes i know but the only way i can at the moment)i want the ruddy things straight away...ok rant over

If you still haven't received them, please submit an ingame ticket: right-click anywhere on your village screen, choose support and continue from there.

That said, usually, as soon as we get the payment in, the diamonds are added too.
I hope it gets sorted soon for you! (if it hasn't already)
