Absolutely! Setting up diamond mines to do GE changed my main city so much with the expansion I could suddenly afford.

I could never get myself to build the diamond cities up to the point where they can go all 4 levels of GE...

what's the best way to put FP fast?
I found a few snipes that cost 700 or 800 FP. They usually don't last long. pressing the 10FP button 80 times is slow and risky.

The app can put on 500 FPs at a time, I believe, but then there's a 10-second wait-time.... I think... I never actually used it--I keep clicking the FP buttons...

Use the app, can add 500 in a few seconds, short pause and then add the rest

The wait is about 1/2 a second then you can add again
