Can we please get an explanation as to why after 7 weeks now the issues that have been created in GvG have not been fixed despite numerous updates?

We are still investigating the issues with GvG. If you have any new information on this you can provide, such as specific repeatable triggers for the issue which you've not already reported, please do send us a ticket.
