Update to 0.9.1

Hello Kings and Maidens,

On April the 12th around 14:30 (was originally 12:00) (GMT+1) we will implement the 0.9.1 update for the en.forgeofempires.com server. During the update the servers will not be available and we apologize for the downtime.

Changelog 0.9.1:

UI:
- Hardware-accelerated cursors with improved performance
- Visual overhaul of the Social Bar
- Military Buildings no longer display any healing costs since units heal automatically

Battle:
- Selecting Auto-battle increases animation playback factor by 20 (auto-fights will finish quickly)

Bugfixes:
- City: Speeding up construction time of a Residential Building resulted in an error
- Campaign Map: No sector/province rewards were provided when continuing a previous Battle
- Social Bar: Fixed time-format for attack countdown
- Social Interactions: Good Buildings will no longer display a tooltip stating they can be motivated
- Several smaller bug-fixes and optimizations
