Unwanted Blueprints

Hi, in my inventory I have lots of blueprints for various buildings which I dont want or need. I even have almost enough for a G/B I already have.
Is it possible to gift these blueprints to fellow guild members or friends who may want them ? :)

there is an addition coming soon that will deal with that. Potentially changelog .28 or .29
