Unrealistic Side Quests in OF

I've recently moved into the Oceanic Future. Recently, a few of the "Side Quests" wants you to complete a research section that is unrealistically far out (in one case 10). I get that you can abort and find another side quest to finish, but it seems that there needs to be a closer syncing up so you can complete the quest in a reasonable amount of time.

the quests of part 3 are already started when you reach the VF

so I agree
quests should have a better condition check before they are available
