Duplicate: Unit will not heal/train

Upon completing a battle a unit at the last bar or partial last bar will neither train nor heal unless I log out of the game and back in.
This is repeatable.
Windows XP sp3

As I said, once I log out and return it allows me to train a unit.

This has been reported numerous times. I don't know the link, but definitely reported.
