Unable to return to where I left game .

Unable to rejoin game where i left it takes me back to start ,have tried different browsers' {no success ] support have not solved after 2 attempt , had this problem before trying different log on sites email and nickname appear but takes me to beginning of that game each time.

you sure your 1st game was on EN server and not on US server with beta server there is 3 english servers
EN ,US , beta
