Not a Bug: Unable to attack neighbourhood

In Greifental, i am unable to fight in the neighbourhood, i've already taken the tower on the map. But no sword symbols or any way to attack, even in the tournament. This is hampering my progress on the current event.... I can't see what is causing this, i am ok in other worlds. Twojoes. thanks

See november update, attacking hood is only for far-advanced Iron Age players (read Military Tactics description in research tree for details). No way in Bronze Age to play in the tower except conquering CMap.
