Two lane roads?

Where do I get these?
Right now so many of the researches completed by me are asking for these roads,but the prior researches do not provide for building these.
If this comes much later on the research tree,then it does not seem right.

two lane roads are unlocked at the start of progressive era, which era are you in?

Two-lane roads start with Progressive Era and those are required for specific buildings in tech tree from Progressive Era on.
Tip: When you get them, just put 1 smaller row of them, and leave other 1 lane paths.
