Traded goods disappeared

Hi,

I am currently (also) playing in the land Uceria.
We started with our guild The Senate.
Yesterday we made a in-guild trade between Giton and LordKat, see attached file, and in my Town Hall-news it shows that my (Giton) trade was accepted by LordKat.
But my goods have not been taken off nor has the goods of LordKat been added to my stock, his has been taken off.
I even waited for almost a whole day to check if it had been added later but it hasn't.
Could there be an explaination why?

Your help would be appreciated,
