Tower tournament times

I realise tournaments all finish at different times on Sunday evening but what time do they start?
Is there a fixed time?
Is there anywhere on the tournament screen that tells me?

Hello troon1,

tournaments will restart somewhere on Monday morning, after the neighbourhood merges are completed.
You can check your towers to see if they're running again :)
