Titan troop combos

With Titan just released, there have been a few struggling with troop selection . If you have the right combination,
Please share… cheers

I'm interested in the same. Right now the game is ruined for me. First, they introduced that you have to pay for each event in order to get the final upgrade. Well, their efforts should have been rewarded in some way.


Then GE 5 was introduced, which requires a redesign of the already small city.

And now the peak of all that TITAN age with a bad army.
When I joined OF, I knew my goal was to leave as soon as possible and find an era with a suitable army, but what are we doing now?
Are we waiting for the next two years for a new era to be presented?

Yes , troops are horrible, all have keen eye… !!!! Whats the point then!! But we have all learned that NOTHING will change,’our concerns go unheard… and yes another 2 years for new era… to probably be disappointed AGAIN

I agree it hasn't been the smartest idea and that is because of the percentage. As a result of that there is no other option than increasing it. If it is not increased, previous era units will be stronger. I really don't see how they can drop it now, unless maybe if they come up with something to block it.

Worst space age for fighters. We are no longer fighting but playing a casino game with this keen eye. It should be dropped to 35% and capped at that percentage with troops rebalanced as well. What does beta server do anymore?

Indeed. this was warned about in Jupiter age it already reached a point where 35% keen eye was equivalent to / nerfing AO's critical hit ability, at level 100 AO gives something close around 33% but only against troops of the same age, keen eye ability essentially lets all the space age troops have an AO bonus built in against troops of any age without spending all that time and space on a GB.

Titan going to 40% makes for very random outcomes. lol, but they gave you lots of new GB's with more boosts, which don't matter as much if there's a 40% chance any one hit could kill your troop anyway.

Just because Keen Eye is at 40% it does not mean there is a 40% chance of a one hit kill.

Have to change troops all the time no matter what troops I use, and I'm not able to go as high on attrition in GBG as I could in Jupiter :-(

Best Combo? Not sure.
But for now I mostly go with 8x Pressurizers (ranged) or 8x Permafrost Drones (fast) against artillery. Or a mix of those two.

Been struggling like most with these Titan units, after a lot of trying different combos and setups, settled on one lot, Permafrost Drones, all 8...No rogues, still even with stats at 2801/2218 have to replace / refresh units nearly every battle, but with only the one unit type have managed to reduce all the clicking to a minimum and still keep up a reasonable speed, it's not perfect, it's not ideal, but it's the best I could find

Yeah, losing a lot of troops and have to replace them all the time. Or switch between different types of troops. There doesn't seem to be one type of troop that works for all battles. And I can't go as high on attrition as I could in SAJM. Pretty annoying. :(
It clearly slows down speed fighting. Maybe that's the point. And kind of a good thing perhaps. It might even slow down the cheaters a bit.
