The Cultural Settlements are pay to win.

If you finish all settlements number of free cups will be half of free coffies so if you want more coffies simultaneously you have to pay $$, it is not that hard.. not to mention that each of 7 coffies has no value..

The settlements are a good game.

The only one I hate is that uppity Egyptian queen. At least the Vikings and Japanese show you respect for building their villages!
