The 30 GB in a functional city of only 68 expansions... It's possible! :o)

This is a little game
about how is your ability to create a most efficient city.​

The goal:
Use the city simulator of FoeManager to place the 30 Great Buildings and the Town Hall in a functional but smallest city as possible.

Nothing to win, just have fun.​


The rules:
- All 30 GB must be connected to the Town Hall.
- You can place a maximum of Victoy Tower (or Watchfire) to reduce your penalties-score.
- No other building is allowed in the city

The score:
- Each expansion give you a malus of 20 points.
- Each Victory Tower give you a bonus of 1 point.​

Smaller is your score, better is your city.​

68 expansions x 20 malus = 1360
27 victory towers x 1 bonus = 27
